We provide creative development, video production, and post-production services. Final deliverables, timelines, revisions, and usage rights are defined in each project proposal or agreement.
Invoices are due according to the payment schedule listed in your agreement. Production work may pause if payments are delayed. Fees for completed production phases are non-refundable.
Clients must provide timely access to brand assets, stakeholders, locations, and approvals. Delayed feedback or missing assets may impact production and delivery timelines.
Either party may terminate with written notice as defined in the signed project agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work and committed production costs up to termination.
